Ryzie, did you look at the voting? I just glanced, but seems like we may not have capacity to raise funds at the moment, so does away with any CR fear to February?
The performance options on the directors seem light on in terms of number of shares, but the price too high? In order to qualify the directors will need to see a SP appreciation of 100% which although great for shareholders, is probably not great for directors who are used to only needing to beat industry average of 12% P.A.
Otherwise nothing in the voting seems that exciting.
