Ann: Change in substantial holding, page-8

G'day ALC holders!!

So Australian Super just purchased another 58,500,000 x ALC shares - which is clearly great news

However, can anyone explain to me why page 3 of this announcement shows that 56,000,000 of them were for a price of $0 (and the description is "CONVER")?

The announcement reads:
