I agree with you that the hiring is a strong green flag.
In the past BrainChip's management had the wisdom to limit the number of EAPs to ensure BrainChip can adequately service clientele with the most commercial potential.
Ramping up hiring indicates management have very good reason to believe our client base soon will grow strongly. They are again ensuring that we can service everyone.
The recent advertisement for the production manager was one of the most important hiring ads I've seen. It perhaps indicates management have seen demand for more than just chips and IP. Maybe there has been such strong demand for the products made available with our first commercialisation that they see strong demand on a permanent basis.
They are loading the ballistas...
