    Regarding the DRC local who last nite forecast ML was imminent, via an informed contact, I was intrigued by his unique TU/GA ratio...v few posts yet more GAs. And a check of his post history revealed an opening post claiming knowing someone holding 23m @ 7.4c.

    Just saying...FWIW....Ho ho ho.
