Maybe the recent delays are due to the ASX having problems determining the possibility/extent of MLX CEO Brett Smith's conflict of interests re MLX & related active substantial offshore holdlers? Fair enough. I certainly am... Old Peak...substantial holders of MLX... but also substantial holders of Smith's primary HongKong vehicle APAC, are for some reason lending part of their substantial MLX pot to Meryl Lynch/Bankof America. Why so?.. to short MLX? One would have to assume Smith , as CEO of MLX, but also Deputy Chair & senior exec of APAC, has challenges ensuring critical information is disseminated in such a way as to ensure it only reaches only the right ears....at the appropriate time Doubly so, when Old Peak, the substantial holder of both MLX, & also APAC, is no doubt hovering to collect/process any key morsel of interest relevant to its dealings with APAC/MLX/BofA/Meryl Lynch
