Funny - I thought the exact same thing when I read that paragraph this arvo.

If the Core IRM doesnt go ahead, I wonder when we will be told and what they would decide to do with the funds that are left over - any other plans that can be accelerated?

Of course, all speculation until the market is informed, if indeed that explains the big drop today.
