Part of the Patrick Mutz salary package was the issue of 1,000,000 options at an exercise price of $1.00 per option exercisable after 1 January 2009; and 1,000,000 options at an exercise price of $1.20 per option exercisable after 1 January 2010, The options are exercisable by notice in writing to the Company, accompanied by payment of the exercise price, on or prior to 31 October 2011. The grant of options is to encourage Mr. Mutz to have a greater involvement in the achievement of the Company’s objective to become a world class gold and uranium producer in the near term and to provide an incentive to strive to that end by participating in the future growth and prosperity of the Company.
Just as well PM has 2 more years to achieve an AGS share price well in excess of $1.20 to warrant the exercise of his options.
If AGS has a share price of $2 in 2 years time with a happy JV relationship producing a steady income stream with a 5% ff dividend for the next 20 years....or is that expecting too much from a company supposedly ticking all of the boxes. Wednesday, October 28, 2009 Alliance Resources' Patrick Mutz says Four Mile Uranium project "ticks a lot of wonderful boxes" http://www.newsnow.co.uk/nn/Proactiveinvestors
GL all holders, It is said patience is the key but it can sure be frustrating at times, let us just hope our future prosperity is in good hands for they no doubt have a lot more to loose than us mere mortals.
