and of course the great thing about the individual drugs used in IHLs proprietary 42X is that they both carry individual FDA approval for treatment indications in they're own right:
Acetazolamide approved for the treatment of glaucoma / interocular pressure
Dronabinol approved in the treatment of anorexia nervosa and Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome
