I am in agreement with your sentiment IT. Transparency is important.

I feel you're looking at this at one angle. I guess the question needs to be ask, what is fair? This is a different answer for everyone, as if you read the prior discussions a few posters had different opinions of fair on when the SPP should be scaled back or who should be given first right to the allocation.

I highly doubt the board went through all 2500 submissions and ticked or crossed based on the numerous factors on who should receive a full allocation or not. This was probably roughly allocated via a computer system.

I hope in future(if required), whether it is detrimental or not, they allocate evenly across the board(as @Titans19 suggested). I know this may have some detrimental effects, but we can see any decision with have a detrimental effect.
