I suggested a while ago that the silver price was in for a significant price drop based on the COT report showing commercials approaching record short levels.
Has it commenced?
Can the shorts knock it down to the $7/oz zone as I indicated?
Time will tell.
If they can this will add another nail into the AYN coffin on top of all their other obstacles.
If AYN cant make a go of operations at $18/oz, how much worse are things going to be at $7/oz?
Add in the baggage they already have to deal with on relisting and well its a recipe for pessimism rather than optimism IMO.
Not to worry, future capital raisngs accompanied by more dilution of holdings is always an option, if things go sour.
I guess others will not see dangers while they continue to push their barrow but look at the historical silver chart and see how they addage " They slide faster than they glide" holds true.
Dont get caught in the temporary euphoria that accompanies a period of rising prices, it can rapidly turn into severe pain.
