Patents are a lot more important and valuable than you give them credit for. The more patents you acquire (like CardieX have), the more loopholes you shut down, but yes another company can produce a similar product except they won't have any of the IP, which based on the requirement for successfuly obtaining a patent, must be new, useful and innovative.

You have never once even commented on Mobvoi who are effectively losing you money. Who cares whether you own shares in Mobvoi? That's like blaming the car in front of you on the highway for you being stuck, when the accident occurred 2 miles down the highway.

Comprehension? Try writing something comprehensible. You literally used three words - concept, idea, and prototype. Firstly, the first two are synonyms of the same thing, an idea which is nothing that can be commercialised i.e. produce revenue i.e implying they don't have anything. Second, a prototype is the next stage in a product development lifecycle, but still not something that can produce revenue which also implies they have nothing. So no, I simply responded to your word choices.
