2) They have stated Non-equity funding because Michelle is no fool, she knows the company cannot stand any further dilution. Who would LOOSE more with further dilution?, Answer - Michelle would loose a fortune.
3) They say “someone else” will probably come up with the money - But nothing definite has been stated.
4) So if no “someone else” comes up with the money and they have to borrow it, now the company is in debt and actually owes money that has to be repaid. So now Biotron Must produce a deal or go bankrupt.
