there's a multitude of high theft items in retail stores, from razor blades to condoms and even tins of salmon. if (IF theft) is such a sales inhibitor, it should be a joint objective to solve. removing from display (if true) and relying on a shopper to ask for a tin, is lazy selling and retailing.
