I don't follow your logic. The EIA was prepared in the days when GGG could assume that they would be allowed to exploit uranium, in addition to REEs.
The double whammy - no exploitation of uranium and no disturbance if >100 ppm - came only this year.
Do you really think the preparation of the EIA should have included information about something that was not applying when they put the EIA together?
