It's easy to say management should under promise and over deliver, but they also need to keep pressure on DRC officials even if they are trying to clean up their mining industry, if they have been given an indication of when avz can expect something signed off I say they are well within their rights to pass that time line on to the public. If they said look we aren't sure when it's coming i would be a lot more concerned, at least try to keep them to their schedule, I personally don't think it will come by christmas (happy to be wrong) but it also doesn't bother me, and at least they are puting the ball in their court trying to keep them honest.
