I think the rerate will occur once FIJ announces that due diligence has been completed and the purchase of "patent" and the US business is confirmed. At the moment it is only LOI and the "market" is waiting for this important step to be completed. Once that is achieved FIJ will have significant US assets on the books and the wherewithal to extract value through the new advisory Board and new CEO for Calmer Ltd. GLTAH and put your seat belts on!
