If CEO were to go it would look a lot like rats leaving a sinking ship . Insiders / management receiving regular Nextstellis updates from the US would know if Mayne's promotional sales campaign showing promise or not , two of theses insiders / directors resigned , can't see if SR joined them by resigning how that would be a good thing ( short term share value ) for retail holders considering his massive share holding plus support he appears to have from Maynes major share holders and institutional investors going by overwhelming votes supporting him .
