I would never expect you to trade EXT daily. I'm takling about 1 simple sell at close to the top and one simple buy at a later stage.
I saw this coming so it is frustrating to me for others to have not seen it as well.
Not to worry as I'm sure that you will eventually regain your profit again at some stage.
