I was worried some of you were right about the directors ripping things off so I double checked. You are talking nonsense. Respinger is no longer a director and he is the one who has an interest in the China JV and factory.
The China JV has the licence for China only. IMT still owns 100% of the rest of the world. IMT buys the product from China and exports to the rest of the world, keeping 100% of the profits.
Take some time please to get things close to correct, especially when all the info is out there, you only need to look. I don't think Laurence Freedman would have kicked in capital a couple of weeks ago if he thought the FORMER directors were ripping out the profits!!
