First some thing fumy with your data 820% X .5348 = 4.38 so that is not correct surprised you did not see it. Next you say,

That makes even less since. 1.70 X .5348 = .909. So that would explain very little of the dividend increase. About 10% of it.
Your 70 % number is correct .
Why do you not go back look at your numbers, do some math and try to explain your point again.
