ive found it certainly an advantage over the years when engaging in communications of this nature to / with particular individuals or corporate entities to quote the exact regulatory compliance framework that such a question or enquiry relates to and provide the respondant with a range of options to choose from in their response - 9 out of 10 times it leads to some sort of clarification ....though worth noting perhaps 50% of the time not necessarily the clarification sort ....as quite a few have mentioned it would be no surprise to see these guys... wbt ...dual list on the Nasdaq - yesterday was a ridiculous set of circumstances for the company to be on the receiving end ....I would also imagine pressure will be building from potential investors/ new desks to get out of this backwater market where shovels rule!

not having a shot at anyone - understandable all holders would feel indignant over the process that occurred yesterday - rightly so imo
