In what way should they "come clean" and "stop sweeping them (issues) under the carpet". They have made provision for any potential loss and now must wait for TOL to make the next move (which I believe won't happen). Nothing much more Nexus can do at this stage, but you think otherwise and I'd be interested to know what that is.
