G'day 03boz. Yeah, looks like the centrifuge crowd are going to push this issue a bit. I see the same thing in land development. Suddenly when you want to cut up some new ground someone discovers that it is the only 2 acres in the whole world where the rare "breasted bedcrusher" has it's habitat. Usually the person who makes this discovery is another developer just down the road, where there are no bedcrushers of course, who is really just trying to stop a bit of competition. It is amazing how many people come out of the woodwork all of a sudden and form "The Friends of the Bedcrusher Society" when they never knew that they even existed a week ago. Well as Ned Kelly said. "Such is life".
