    I do like the part where BET are currently in negotiations with one other entity in Nevada and has been recognised in the exclusivity of the Caesar agreement.

    …..and the part where the agreement covers Caesar’s Properties in other States of the US where BET is already licensed as the provider of the Quantum Tote i.e New Jersey (Caesar’s have 3 properties in Atlantic City)
