To be quite clear , not for a moment suggesting any impropriety in the Announcement ...and a clear , Binding Agreement has been reached and signed .
More on the side of the ASX , just being bloody minded ! Often you see ,a rep of the counter party ( Tesla) making some sort of added comment of their own to the Release ?
Also might be something to do with more details . of the terms which Tesla / Syrah can agree to take more ie is there a sunset clause to such Option ???

Suffice to also say ....that the rest of the Battery Anode world , had a big wake up call today . Tesla is first in , best dressed with leading the Offtakes .
If ( others) want to participate , there is now a queue forming behind Tesla . So second in line , becomes an even more important and urgent "jockeying "play !
