    "..., the Company will seek to structure the distribution of these proceeds to shareholders in a tax-efficient manner."

    Paying as an unfranked dividend is NOT a tax efficient way, as it would be taxed at your marginal rate.

    Obviously they have paid no Aust tax (in fact have $52m accumulated losses to offset) so have no franking credits.
