NXS should come clean and stop sweeping the TOL issue under the carpet by actually reflecting it in some part of the presentation.
Acknowledge the good with the bad.
Its a material event, one that has the potential to cripple plans going forward.
They need to get on the front foot, and advise stakeholders how they are tackling it.
That's one of the problems with current management, they're reactive, not proactive...
