Unlike the stock market, the panel of experts treat laser isotope separation as a fact.
Very very occasionally, the individual is right and the market is wrong. I absolutely think this is the case. The people who actually understand this stuff are sure it works. So am I.
I topped up small time yesterday , basically because I wanted to back myself. Sort of scary but liberating.
