That AREN'T. A substantial holder means 5% ownership or more.

As your image shows Transocean is the only substantial holder of VML. Transocean owned by James Henderson ... a company director.

So by you highlighting directors holdings and saying what am I talking about....what are YOU talking about? I am aware many company directors hold a sizeable amount of (gifted) shares. What I said was nothing about that. You should read it again.
