guttedsquid: EXCELLENT post ! To me one of the key elements must be VPE, which continues to be among the "most hated" stocks - look at their sp development for reference.
I am still holding VPE as well as ITC. I am very pleased to hold ITC and will add to my position even further if/when I can free-up some more funds.
