Just look at all the waffle from Govt's EU, US & Oz, with token support to date, and mainly US to a cross section of pretty dodgy propositions.
HAS has put up a pretty comprehensive business plan with the economics underpinned by +40% NdPr, and most importantly complete with customers, and a big chunk of equity finance.
If Govt's are ever going to walk their talk HAS presents the best opportunity to date but don't lose sight of the fact Govt controls both the approval process & timeline to announcement, in this case Littleproud, odds on he's already got his feet up around a pool somewhere.
Probably see some slippage into the NY but if NAIF is ever going to finance a RE project it will be HAS, and trigger the German & Finnish components to follow.
