“Absolutely I agree with the shorts, management should stop fluffing around with generating real cash flow from Longtom, finding a 3rd and 4th party for Crux so as to crystallise NXS's share of a $1b+ project, stop wasting time on A JV partner to drill out Echuca etc and definitely stop all this stuff they're doing developing the companies growth profile 2 and 3 years out (witness the $1Billion bbl prospects: Leopard, Tiger etc) and get on with the job at hand namely dealing with a court case that doesn't exist for a claim that is unproven and as yet unlodged that isn't even a priority for the supposed "claimant" whose rig is employed elsewhere anyway.
God what do these guys think they're doing? What do we pay these idiots for? Stuffing round over something that doesn't exist or growing Revenue, profits and reserves.
So guys Where's the damages claim provision?

My point is, again, that some just absolutely have to have something to complain about, something that isn’t right. Something that “might” go wrong.
Perhaps this sector isn’t quite the right sector then… god knows investing in small cap oil and gas explorers/producers isn’t for the PESSIMISTIC.
