Ann: CSPA executed for the Tablasufa Nickel Project, page-12

This potenial acquisition of Bolts Cyclops project has got me exicted after a bit of reasearch. The Cyclops project certainly has some potential according to historic estimates.

Project
- Significant Mineralization: Historical estimate1 of 37mt @ 0.11% Co and 1.31% Ni at 0.8% Ni cut-off grade
- Previous Work: 856 drill holes and 26 test pits
- High Grade: 8m @ 0.18%, 13m @ 0.15%; and 10m @ 0.19% Co
- Exploration Upside: Mineralization is open at depth and along strike, giving significant potential for expansion
- Historic drilling indicates depths of + 25 meters at 1.7% Ni & 0.11% Co

Obviously there needs to be alot of depth drilling to be done to shore up the historic estimates based on shallow drilling, however it certainly looks like the real deal.

I am now more convinced that the company is straegically looking at setting up a HPAL project in the Siduarsi and Tablasufa area, as they have mentioned a few times now that they are looking to explore future HPAL opportunities.

Bolt cannot not develop the project, they have a market cap of 2.7m. We can develop the project and have the strategic partner to do so. Very exicting times ahead and there's alot going on with this company.
