I have just been gathering my thoughts on the partnering issue and am probably still no clearer than previously but I will just list a few issues which prompted my thinking -1. From the Company website - Who We Are and What We Do - Our focus is on investing in and developing next-generation technologies WITH WORLD CLASS PARTNERS (my emphasis) and acquiring strategic assets to grow product and service offerings.2. From the interview with Proactive Investors on 25/11/2021 - the CEO said - "If we were to take it all the way through which is not an impossible proposition."3. From the announcement on 12/10/2021 - The company has engaged US investment bank Piper Sandler & Co as its M&A adviser.4. From the announcement on 30/08/2021 - Extended Manufacturing Agreement - This extension helps maximise the capacity utilization of our facility in Australia as we continue to manufacture our DurAvr valves alongside CardioCel range. "THIS ADDITIONAL EXTENSION WILL EXPIRE AT THE POINT WHERE COMMERCIAL PRODUCTION OF DURAVR IS INCREASING IN SCALE" (my emphasis).5. From the Options Underwriting Agreement - A clause relating to cancellation of the agreement - the company or any of its related parties dispose or agree to dispose of the whole or a substantial part of its business or ceases or threatens to cease to carry on business, without the prior written consent of the Underwriter.There are a few other statements relating to the development of other products which prompt me to think that the company is going to continue to be around after the successful launch of DurAvr.
