Why hasn’t CNJ announced the assay results?

Imv, CNJ may think/argue that CNJ is fairly valued on Mt Thirsty alone. So why do they need to announce assay results that don’t meet expectations.

When you read the definition of a material announcement, CNJ have room to argue their case for not sharing poor assay results once they become aware of them.

Is this how EDE gets around avoiding announcing previous ‘material’ information that has gone pear shaped and dissolved? For example, Silent Partners and many many others.

ASX quote below,

“Once an entity is or becomes aware of any information concerning it that a reasonable person would expect to have a material effect on the price or value of the entity's securities, the entity must immediately tell ASX that information. '”
