Hey Ousia, when did Nexbis announce that the counterparty to the China contract was CITP?

I have gone through all their announcements and note that NBS have cleverly not written who the counterparty is in any of their announcements i.e. whether it is Chinese government ministry, General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China or a company owned by the government.

PKF will face some of the fallout as well if the China revenue does not come through. Could get very ugly.
