Totally agree again. A pay rise of that magnitude will need to have stretch target KPIs linked to it.
I dont mind increasing the pay to that level if they have got the company to a stage where we are producing Li because the company can then have revenue to "afford" to pay the wages.
At the moment its just coming out of the capital raises... and there will be more CRs again soon in the near future if our wage bill goes up 345%.
Most fat cats Ive seen are pretty lazy!
