I think you are wrong about Mt Thirsty.
For starters, battery’s have to be affordable. There is a limit to battery metals prices otherwise uptake will be slow to non existent.
Mt Thirsty has a low NPV, a low IRR and a high capital expense. I can’t see it ever being developed. It won’t take much for it to be mothballed and into administration.
If Greenland is no good, CNJ is stuffed, imv.
