Initial thoughts it it is quite disappointing. The output for one was a little under but maybe what to expect but more the cash cost of production at $690 and the received price for gold of $851 and $971 respectively for two mines. Certainly wasnt expecting a profit of just $161 per oz. COuld explain some of the selling.
On the positive side as I understand there were some reasons for this, however, its not going to be positively looked at by budding investors, meaning we'll probably have to wait for next quarter's results to know whether the excuses are valid.
