The assertions by a few that this deal was done so Sam could get his performance shares is illogical. Sam would have been better off taking this to production, the share price rises!, and then aligning some of his remuneration to production targets.
No chance they’ve been blindsided by the Zim govt?
It’s inconceivable to me that Sam Hosack would sell PSC shareholders out just to line his own pockets short term - short term! Totally inconceivable.
There’s just no commentary on Prospect 2.0 which I believe is crucial for a decent result.
