This is 3 months old news for the agreement related to 2008.
Its related to 6bn infrastructure investment deal signed between Congo and China where China railway to build Cong infrastructure and in return China to exploit Congo mining. that's why president FT is reviewing this old deal and May negotiate terms with China. I don't think it has anything to do avz, as 2008 deal was related to exploitation of cobalt and cooper mines.
