No thats the effect that massive dilution through placements at low prices has. Their holding has been diluted as a result of additional capital from recent placements. So yes they've bumped up no. of shares held, but the total number of shares in the company has been increased by a greater proportion due to recent placements and the SPP.

That is also why there appears to be such an large and endless supply of stock for sale. They just issued 130,000,000 shares at 1.25 cents three days ago on top of the 100 million issued in the SPP at 1.8c. This stock doesn't need short sellers to supply stock as there's an adequate supply coming out of the company. Issuing shares in an SPP at 1.8 cents and then issuing the same amount plus more again at 1.2 cents to the privileged ... what message does that send to the suffering shareholders that took up the SPP at 1.8 cents only weeks earlier?

This is the sort of stupidity that kills the share price even though the story in the ground looks very promising and they've also got the plant and infrastructure there and have had great drilling results.

Would anyone dare to take up an SPP again with this company when they know the company might issue as much stock again at a massive discount to the SPP price only weeks later?
