It seems having a Canadian goldmine in the stable is all the go at present. None have been overly successful yet as far as I can tell. Whilst the gold ceos are starting to look like lemmings, there could be worse investments. Give them two years and see if they are accretive. Otherwise, this may indeed be a folly.
Personally, I think the increasing gold price will continue to mask the cracks for the time frame I need to make a few dollars. DYOR.
