Just a general comment.

Macquarie today came out with a buy recommendation on BLY with a target of 42 cents. Macquarie was one of the underwriters of the new stock. Expect the other underwriters to come out with similar upgrades. Other underwriters included Merrills, Goldmans and RBS.

Deutsche which was not an underwriter upgraded their recommendation on 2nd October to buy with a target of 40.
