I went back and had a re read of the announcement of march 12 2020 re the successful trial result for HIV. It was a treatment in conjunction with HIV antiretrovirals by "unmasking" the residual viral load in the cell memory and allowing the primary treatment to act on the infection as a whole.
Fascinating that the same compound appears to treat the symptoms of the disease in SARS CoV2.
