If you want to get a better feel for the direction of MMX than have a good look at the ASX short selling report.During this week the % of short sales of total daily volume have been as high as 25%. Then do some basic chart work and you will indeed see that MMX has potentially $1.20 written all over it.
I dont think that MMX and CHM lawyers are necessarily taking a breather. There may be a surprise in store well before Xmas!!!
