Hello Rupert - may I say it's good to have you on the cynical side of the boat as it was all starting to get lopsided.

although I haven't forgotten the fact you gave me the rounds of the kitchen for being cynical some time back.

May I ask are any of the following your concerns relative to ESI

that people are endeavouring to minimise the value of ESI to extract value by potentially purchasing ESI at some stage down the track?

or

are you concerned that ESI is doomed to repeat its failings of the past.... through some of the dubious characters still in the tent?
