405.555 shorted, page-3

I sold some some weeks ago at about a 10% loss and I’ll be getting those shares back this week if there is any price stability around .019-.021. Tonight IMO will be interesting on the nasdaq. At its current nasdaq price, athe is valued at just under 5M aud (post current quarter outflow) enterprise value assuming an R&D rebate of 3.3m aud, which there is still no news on but I assume it will be delivered q3fy22.

doesn’t surprise me to see the shorts down at this stage, any spike could crush them. But then perhaps this price decline has been some giant flush? It’s really hard to say. My delusion keeps saying “Show me one biotech company out there that has 36m in the bank (roughly, as at quarter end) that’s worth between 45-50m aud?” It’s just nonsensical to me but perhaps justified given the slow progress of the last 3 years. It seriously makes me wonder if this is being priced in for failure.

In any case, I’m hoping there will be one last dump, from regal hopefully, and I can get my orders filled. As expected the capitulation has occurred and now let’s hope for a Phoenix to be born out of these ashes.

Sadly, it’s looking like Christmas didn’t come for ATH holders, but I still have hope of brighter days in 2022. On that note, I envision a medium term double bottom forming with last March 2020 being the first dip and now the chart about to hit the second dip of the double bottom, as a bull case scenario given Athe needs to start trading above $1 soon. All I’ve seen from ATH have been short green flashes with long term red. An expensive punt that’s for sure but I’m certainly not giving up now at these prices.
