Very early on, I seem to remember the E protein being a necessary part of the Covid viral genesis. It plays an important part after the virus gains entry and hijacks the cells systems to make more of itself.
I also remember an article describing how the Covid virus can move directly between adjacent cells without being exposed. This also has some link to the E Protein.

Re: HIV
From the diagrams that Biotron keeps including in presentations and reports, it appears that the undetectable HIV components are hidden within small pockets that have a cell wall type structure. BIT225 disrupts this, forcing components to surface, and exposing the entire compromised cell to the immune system.
Am I on the right track?

If my supposition is correct, the E Protein, (viroporin), is like a shortened version of the Phospholipids that form cell walls. (Assuming the above diagram is to scale).
If the above is even close to the mark, it is no wonder it takes so long to investigate the action of BIT225. Doing stuff to mess up the Spike Protein in Covid is like comparing kindergarten to University, IMO. All free floating and exposed, compared to affecting extremely well hidden HIV components and processes.
