You needs to hold only 1 share on record date for FULL entitlement of SPP (but ASX not allow you to buy < $500, that is why you need to buy/hold > 1 share). Minimum/maximum to apply are $2000 and $15000. Scale back if exceed 20mil shares. Only holiday in Melbourne, so today buy should fall into T + 3 = 4 Nov (record date). But make sure to check with your broker first.
